FreeWheelin is a wonderful group with really lovely people. Helen is so enthusiastic and ensures everyone is included, regardless of ability. I always come away feeling great and absolutely love my Friday evening dance group.
Through FreeWheelin dance I was offered the opportunity to try out for Team England ParaCheer Hip Hop and having been accepted onto the team I will be representing England at the World Championships next year. FreeWheelin has literally changed my life!!

This time last year I knew I wanted a challenge. I saw the advert for Freewheelin and went along. During the year I have learnt to count, turn left, turn right, have a giggle and work as a team.
